The Magnolia House at Cathedral Oaks boasts many of the same amenities as the Event Center, but on a smaller scale.
The following are just a few of the items included with your rental – we’re confident you’ll find all that you need and more.
- The Magnolia House can accommodate up to 75 guests and offers and outdoor venue as well.
- The location was recently renovated and includes a catering service kitchen, 3 dressing areas and common areas all in approximately 3,000 square feet.
- We have ample parking, with valet parking available if you desire.
- The beauty of our grounds and our indoor spaces make decorating a breeze and can be kept to a minimum if you so desire.
- Indoor, outdoor and combination locales are available to you.
- Tables and chairs are included in your rental and will be set up and taken down by the Cathedral Oaks staff.
- Up-and-down lights automatically illuminate at dusk and are placed throughout the trees on the site.
- You and your photographer have the use of our grounds and venue for bridal portraits, etc. at no additional charge.
